Quite far from city & Har ki Pauri and difficult to get connections post evening till early morning if u want to cover city without your own vehicle. Breakfast was just ok & cutlery was very oily. Not cleaned properly Parking is ample and ambience is good

Very poorly managed The sheets are not washed, not the staff fault. Food was good and some of the restaurant staff were good. Staff were overall helpful. When we asked for change of sheets staff helped with the same but none of the sheets were clean. Did not feel very comfortable. #################################%%###

Wonderful place and service. We come to the hotel at 4 AM in the morning, and still receive the warm welcome as long as all the detailed information from the staff. All of the staffs here are very kind and friendly. Highly recommend for everyone!

Mr.vijaikumar manager who extended excellent service during our comfortable stay at Haridwar sterling and we enjoyed nice stay. We are thankful forcurticy extended to us Food was excellent and service was also very good. Other services v good.

Het hotel is rustig gelegen. En de kamers zijn voor Indiase begrippen zeer goed. Voor Europese standaards is dit een midden klasse hotel. Het personeel is zeer attend en is zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk in al je verzoeken. Wij waren uitgenodigd voor een bruiloft, en je kunt niet met lege handen aankomen. Gevraagd bij de receptie of er een mooi boeket bloemen geleverd kon worden. Dit was geen probleem. Al met al een net hotel.

Sterling mantra is not a 5 star hotel but we had 5 star service. Vijay and avinesh were very good. All staff including the housekeeping staff were very good. Thank you sterling mantra

My experience in hotel was very bad. Although the room was big nd clean but the food quality was not good. They do not provide food as per menu. They serve the curd with lot of red chilli in it which was not acceptable as i have kids with me. I found very difficulty. I checked out the hotel same day.
