The hotel is located near to Railway Station so it is easy to Commute. The Hotel was well maintained, neat & clean. Rooms were spacious. Food was delicious. Management was good. Overall a decent & nice stay.

4. The service by the hotel staff was very excellent. They have fulfilled all our requirements as we requested them. In future i will prefer to stay again in that hotel grand shiva. Love that stay.

Coustomer ko koi refrence nhi diya jata. Room dene k baad 1/2 ghante tak apne samne pura room saaf karaya. Raat bhar light hone ke baad be ac ka main (mcv) off kar diya jata hai. It was an okay experience based on the amount paid. I booked platinum room with dinner and breakfast included. . I paid almost 1600 extra but still they call breakfast and dinner as complimentary. And, complimentary means you are offered a different menu than the normal menu with much less items. moreover, even water is not Mineral water at the restaurant. I had to pay extra for mineral water at the restaurant. Now the taste of food at their chotiwala restaurant is not up to the mark. I like only tea. rest all other items had no taste. Aaloo bhaji had onion. I think it is first time in life aaloo bhaji had onion tadka making it the worst taste of life. About the hotel Room, in paid for platinum but the look of the room was normal not extraordinary as expected based on the platinum room. No welcome drink but water is offered. Staff is good and helpful. Best point is it is near har ki podi and mata Mansa devi entry marg but one thing is trains pass by it so at night you will hear the whistle sound of Trains as well. My suggestion is to book hotel but not with breakfast and lunch or dinner included. As the restaurant not even offers sweets in complimentary food even when you had paid extra 1600 rs and being treated as free food is being offered to us.
