Please find my observations below pointwise and attached pics too : 1.Parking - Not available, I parked under the fyover. Entry gate is very risky with broken bricks and narrow. 2.Reception - do not expect any welcome, it's self service type environment. 3.Rooms - dirty room, stained bedsheets, dirty bathrooms.. I have attached the pictures for reference. 4. Mini fridge - both the rooms it was not working.. we needed to place the cake.. one person repaired it at night, next morning it leaked water all over the wodden floor.. 5.Bathrooms- No hand towels, old towels, very small bathing place hands will touch the wall while taking bath.. 6.Breakfast - Except bread butter, and butter milk, nothings is worth to try.. options are their but too oily, south india is not at all edible.. Staffs and Kitchen cooks are NOT trained at all.. you will not feel anything which can make you to think to visit ever again. Breakfast dining area staff are good and humble.

We had a very comfortable stay at Hotel Regenta Orkos Haridwar. The staff were incredibly friendly and cooperative, making us feel welcome throughout our visit. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and we enjoyed the delicious food at the hotel restaurant. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Haridwar."

I really enjoyed everything, excellent restaurant, delicious cuisine, wonderful service. Special thanks to the staff, Suraj and Harry I especially loved the sweet rice with milk dessert. Everything was very clean, with an open kitchen where you can see your dinner being prepared, and it was clear that the kitchen was spotlessly clean.

The things which are mentioned on MMTP, many things not available, need lots of maintenance required in room. Dryer not working. Overall average. Need to improve room service and many things. AC or heater not properly in working conditions.
