Located in the Haridwar station vicinity enabling easy access to all transport system and near market. However, basic facilities for toiletries were missing whatsoever were supposed to be available on demand. On asking for the same, the attendant and receptionist/in-charge says "guests in all three rooms are from the same family, so you can share available toiletries". Such unprofessional and ridiculous attitude was surely out of my expectation and very much shocking.
Next morning, waiting time for payment of dinner bill was also as awful as their behaviour. No one was available in the reception desk and no support service to attend guests.

a stay with great location just next to haridwar station, the breakfast buffet having a lot of options with very good service, service in the reception for new travellers and helping for local visit was satisfactory , over all a perfect stay for a family

Very nice and clean rooms, good services , very welcoming nature and good food. It’s located at the best place. They placed good heaters, fridge and extra bed. The whole vibe and aroma of the place is charming. They have good Parking area too!

Very nice location Helping friendly staff Food little costly but digestable. Rooms need maintenance, My self cleared choked bathroom drainage in room 318. Lifts are clean ,silent. Exteriors are ok ok. Reception smiling,active and customer friendly

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is superb, as it is situated right next to Haridwar Railway Station, making it extremely convenient for travelers. The hotel is very affordable, and the rooms are lovely, offering great value for the price. Har Ki Pauri is just 2 km away, and getting there is hassle-free—shared rickshaws are available right outside the hotel for just ₹20 per person. Another plus is the food court located next to the hotel, which makes dining easy and convenient. A special thanks to Mr. Mahesh—he is a very kind and helpful person. The entire hotel staff was also welcoming and courteous, making our stay even more pleasant. The only minor drawback is the train horn sound from the nearby railway station, which might disturb light sleepers. However, it wasn’t a big issue for me. Overall, a great stay with excellent location, affordability, and warm hospitality! Would definitely recommend it.
