I want to inform that my stay was terribly bad.Fitst day when I arrived I get the key from reception which was not working.Waited for couple of minutes and get the another key.Firat day dinner bil was given without discount which is 15% as per booking.There are mosquitos in my room and washroom.No proper cleaning done from the staff.Again today morning I found breakfast in my breakfast meal in poha.Also waited for long time for check out.

We had chicken biryani and bhindi Do Pyaza. The food was awful and stale. Then we had Masala Dosa for breakfast. The chutney gave me upset stomach. We are not staying here anymore. Rooms are ok but horrible food. How much more can I write about food?

Gym is non-existent. There is no rest room for driver. Spa is a sham and over-charges and does not have trained staff. Food taste is not a quality one and the standards are poor - need to change their chef. No Non-Veg items are available in complementary breakfast menu. Food is also over-priced outside of Complementary breakfast. Location is nice but too dusty due to Road construction work going on adjacent to the hotel. Does not serve bottled water - instead gives RO water in the room in unclean bottles. It has given misleading information on it's website regarding giving bottled water. Fridge inside the room does not seem to work. Did not run the TV so no idea. An average hotel as on date. All in all - the hotel has reduced it's standards and is on it's way down perhaps - Are these the SAROVAR GROUP Hotel standards ? Ambrosia Sarovar is unable to adhere to Sarovar Hotel chain standards seen elsewhere.

During my stay at the hotel, I found the staff to be slow and unresponsive. On the second day, the lock system in my room broke, and I was moved to a junior suite. I ordered three bottles of RO water, but after multiple calls to reception, they were finally delivered after six hours. Additionally, I ordered food from the Clove restaurant, but there were significant delays in service. At the buffet, even though the servers listened to my requests, they often ignored them afterward. On a positive note, the rooms were clean and well-maintained. However, the food was mediocre, lacking freshness and being overly oily and spicy. Furthermore, there was limited space to spend free time, particularly since Dalhousie's Sarovar Portico did offer a proper play zone.

No Buffet facilities,No Dine-in option,hotelier asked for serve food in guest room dine in. Wallet parking facility is not provided by hotel,Rooms are too noisy.
