All rooms have some issues, such as the basin has leakage, we have to use the room without locking the door, since the room lock was not working, staff was not polite at all, even for the change amount i have to request them four times, i have the worst ever experience staying at hotel

Location is in the main city near har ki paurhi. Kitchen was not running neither the lift was on. Had to step down 4 floors. Daily. Poor management
