Great customer service. The food is very nice and the rooms are very spacious and clean. The staff is highly professional, mainly Mr. Bhaskar, Ibanri and Pritam. One of the best hotels to stay at Haridwar Highly recommend the visit to this hotel

The overall experience was very good, the best thing was about food which is healthy and maintains the proper hygiene. Very helpfull and kind staff. Good service. Nice and clean accomodations. Highly recommendable hotel. Extremely clean room. We loved the contemporary design. Everything looked really new when we were there.

This is by far the cleanest hotel we have stayed in during our trip to India so far. We were so happy when we arrived and found a clean, good smelling lobby filled with fresh flowers and pleasant, smiling staff. The rooms were comfortably appointed with contemporary furniture, the floors were clean, and the bathrooms were extremely clean and plumbed well. The Zing restaurant had delicious food, and Naman, Aanand, and Manpreet provided excellent dinner service for my family of 7 as well as our driver. The salt and pepper chicken was excellent, as well as the crispy corn. In fact everything was delicious, but those two particular dishes were everyone’s favorite. The dessert was exquisite, especially the Tiramisu. Overall a great experience!

Good hotel for staying a bit far from the hustle and bustle of Haridwar. Conveniently placed near the highway, and with a very professional staff. We requested a packed breakfast as we had to travel early, and the restaurent did a good job packing a decent breakfast for our journey.
