paying approx 3500/- per room for 1 day and still not a single complementary water bottle and not even a electric kettle.
this shows extracting money from small things. I feel they don't know the meaning of hospitality.

Verry poor experience for this hotel.No any facilities in room like miniral water,tea-coffee kits & dental -shaving kits.Breakfast too much limited.only one item in breakfast.

the hotel was very good, rooms were clean, the bathroom was clean. they provided towels and shampoo and soaps as well. The staff were cooperative and its value for money. it is situated near haridwar railway station and you can get auto for all the main sightseeing locations. we had a very comfortable stay and we enjoyed our time there. thanks mmt for showing this hotel.

The room has smoked, smells so I have to change rooms not cleaned properly and I have to make follow up for AC , TV etc
