I enjoyed everything from the room to the customer service while staying at Candlewood suites in Bel Air. I'd like to also give a thank you as well to the house keeping staff for doing a wonderful job in keeping the rooms clean.

Upon entering, Colleen and Samantha greeted me. My Diamond status was acknowledged and I was offered a snack. I asked about local restaurants and was told about several with a couple within walking distance. Motel was clean and smelled good. The kitchen was stocked with dishes and pot and pans. Had a maintance issue, and it was promptly fixed. No issue with WiFi or TV. I would definitely recommend this property for long term or short term stays.

My experience with friends at this location was great. Staff was amazing and the rooms were very clean. Housekeeping did an amazing job cleaning and keeping room up to par. Enjoyed my visit very much

My experience here at the Candlewood Suites Bel Air was amazing. The atmosphere was great and the room was very clean and comfortable. When having to stay at a hotel I always worry about cleanliness, I can truly say the housekeepers were on their jobs when it came to keeping the place clean and wanting you to return. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family on the cleanliness alone. All of the staff that I encountered were very welcoming, helpful, nice and approachable. Thank You for a pleasant stay until next time.

This has to be cleanest hotel ever. The staff was not even upset when I asked for fresh linen at my initial checked in, they waited on my every need (which was just fresh linen & towels) in a timely manner. This was my first time here I have a huge family and will definitely tell them about this place. Thanks Candlewood Suites! Especially Ms. Mia...

The room me and my mom stayed at was very clean and staff was very accommodating to us. 10/10 would recommend

The bed was absolutely horrible. Too hard and too small it was like sleeping on a toddlers bed. Terrible

First floor had a strong, weird smell. The side door was unlocked, anyone could come and go. There were teenagers hanging out in the stairwell, cussing and being rude. The room was okay, definitely not super clean. The beds were small, felt more like a full not queens. Front staff during check out was very kind!
