Many things were bad … came to the room it was so dirty and then I asked to clean it and they just came and removed some plastic remaining from previous customers.
At 9 am I was so afraid when the drilling machine start to core from above and it was so noisy I thought the ceiling will fall down and it continued till almost 12 check out time.
The house keeping came like 5 times knocking sooo hardly on the door like an emergency to say that they want to work.
It was like horror movie in the morning, and also at night you can feel the steps and strong doors closing from other rooms.
Totally was so bad and I don’t advice ppl to come at all

Die Zimmer, die Betten und die Badezimmer waren gut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Bar ist gemütlich und hat sogar einen Billiardtisch. Es gibt ausreichend kostenlose Parkplätze. Durch die doppelten Fenster sind die Zimmer sehr ruhig. Preis und Leistung stimmen. Die Zimmertüren und die Verbindungstür schließen leider sehr laut. Mn sollte ein Zimmer am Ende des Flures wählen.

De ontvangst van receptioniste Rebecca was vrolijk, persoonlijk en heel gastvrij. Ik kwam vrij laat aan in het hotel en ik kreeg een fijne, rustige kamer op de 3e verdieping. Deze dame verdient echt een pluim, dankjewel! Ook 's ochtends werd ik goed geholpen door de receptie, mijn verblijf was boven verwachting. Tip: alleen de hoofdkussens misschien vervangen?

Wij hadden dit hotel geboekt voor 1 nachtje en werden bij aankomst vriendelijk geholpen door Posha. Na een lamp defect melding kregen wij meteen een andere kamer toegewezen. Daarna nog even gezellig een drankje aan de bar gedronken. S'morgens nog genoten van het ontbijt. Petje af voor het personeel, want er was maar 1 meisje om het ontbijt voor de gasten te regelen en nachtportier Leona ging na haar dienst ook dat meisje nog een handje helpen. Wij zijn zeer tevreden over ons verblijf in dit hotel.

The location is good. The staffs are very friendly. We had a room with full of smoking smell and so many beer glasses in the room. The receptionist changed the room. But how can HK clear the room! The rooms are good. In one of the rooms was very high sound of AC constant.

After an emergency we needed quickly Hotel and booked with the Bastion. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional helping us in any way possible, even going beyond "regular' duties. The food was very nice and the prices reasonable. Before the hotel is a busstop that takes you to groningen Centre in around 10 Minutes which is perfect. Highly recommended!

Though the hotel is modern and clean, it is located far off from the city so not recommended other than business trips or if you are visiting the area. This visit was to visit the MotoGP so prices were even higher. Not a place I can recommend for tourists.

room was very cold, Heather just low warm, AC didn't work, Water in the shower just half warm, water outlet from the shower was blocked so that the water run into the sleeping room, room not very clean (found left garbage from previous guest) beside that, stay and breakfast - ok
