Wat een fijn ontvangst! Er werken super leuke mensen, hebben veel info over de ingeving en hebben echt plezier in hun werk. Eten was echt heerlijk€ 3 gangen en houden rekening met dieetwensen. Kamers zijn prima. We hadden een ronde jaccuzi wat we echt super vonden!

Hotel in a nice location next to the river Vecht. Best dinner we had during our stay in Ommen. Breakfast is too simple for a 4 star hotel.

De kamer was gedateerd (terwijl wij nog een van de betere kamers hadden blijkbaar), bed lag wel lekker. Er was veel lawaai van een zoemend apparaat buiten 's nachts. Het ontbijt was wel ok, alleen werd de koffie en het ontbijt niet bijgevuld, ondanks dat we er op tijd waren. Het laatste uur was er vrijwel niks te ontbijten en er was niemand om te vragen naar het ontbijt. Normaliter zou ik een dergelijk hotel een 6/10 geven. Echter, gezien de prijs, is het een ruime onvoldoende wat ons betreft. Erg teleurstellend.

Deze accommodatie is best prijzig. Kamers zijn gedateerd. Voorzieningen zoals handzeep NIET aangevuld. Geen koffie aanwezig op de kamer. Jacuzzi was beslist lange tijd NIET schoongemaakt. Bij het inwerking stellen van de jets kwam er een vreselijke rioollucht mee. Kamers worden verhuurd inclusief ontbijt. Als er maar 1 persoon op de kamer verblijft, dan wordt hetzelfde bedrag in rekening gebracht als dat er met 2 personen op een kamer wordt verbleven. Dat voelt niet goed. Voor oudere mensen was de toiletpot wel heel laag bij de grond en de douche instap heel erg hoog. Wij hadden kamer 19 en daar was bijna geen waterdruk bij de wastafel. Bedden waren prima in orde.
