This hotel and area are both equally disgusting. I don't recommend any travelers stay in Hardeeville unless you absolutely have to. The rooms smell like cigarette smoke and they are ROACH INFESTED. Being from Florida, I understand seeing the occasional adult roach, especially on the first floor. But there were baby roaches in the room - a clear sign of infestation. We left immediately and requested a refund, but since the manager wasn't present we were told to call back the next day. Coincidentally he wasn't present either of the times I called, but the front desk attendant assured me I would get my refund. I waited 5 days for the refund to come through and still didn't receive it, so had to dispute the charge with my bank.

Stayed here for one night on our way from Savannah. Staff was indifferent. Room itself was ok. But the bathroom definitely needed work. Tub was rusted in areas and peeling paint. Walls are paper thin and you can hear every noise. This should be a $69 room and I felt like I over paid at $104. There are other choices in the area.

The overall appearance was clean and updated. I had to clean, scrub the bathtub. You could scrape soap scum build up off with your finger. The wash cloth ended up black! Moldy silicone caulk in tub. Roach in bathroom. Toilet very very wobbly.

Everything looks fine on the surface.. checked the beds and they were free of bed bugs but the shower was gross and found a roach in the bathroom. We immediately checked out and requested a refund which they gave me. The woman at the checkin was also taking photos of me and my kids which made me extremely uncomfortable

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I wish I could give zero stars. The place was disgusting. Stains on every surface, smelled AWFUL in rooms and hallways, hair all over the bathroom. Towels had stains, room wasn't cleaned etc. There is a best western right across the highway that got good ratings, do yourself a favor and stay away. I wish I had thought to take pictures to upload.

So much wrong. Between highway, gas stations, noisy waffle house (5am music blaring from car) and state rd. People partied on both sides of me until 5am. Others stunk up floor with indian food. Towels dirty. Shower floor all greasy. Curtain wouldnt keep frpm sliding to middle. Corner near coffee looked like coffee exploded all over wall. Micro area broken. Fridge frosted over. Curtains let in light. Smelled of chlorine. I wonder what just had to be detoxed. Im in a sleep inn in columbia tonight. Night and day. Same price.
