Otelin ve odaların eksikleri oldukça fazla; birçok malzeme kırık yada bozuk. Yer döşemeleri, banyo kapısı, banyo karoları kırıklarla dolu. Özellikle hijyen konusunda sıkıntı var. Yatak, havlular, odada bulunan ekipmanlar kirli. Resepsiyon ve personel çok ilgili, her konuda yardımcı olmaya çalıştılar ancak eksiklikler için otel yönetimi yada sahibinin çaba göstermesi gerekiyor sanırım. Otelin konumu şelalelere yakın. park sorunu yok. Kahvaltı yapmadık, yorum yapamam.

the location of the hotel is very close to everywhere, only 10 minutes to the city center and 2 minutes to the Harbiye Waterfall. the hotel rooms are very clean and the staff is very helpful thank you so much I recommend it to everyone it deserves 5 stars for this price tesakkurat efandim :)

bugune kadar gittiğim en iyi otellerden biri temiz ve hijyenik adeta aile gibi çalışanlar..rahat ettik tam bir aile oteli....kahvaltısı yöresel...gezilecek yerlere yakın sağolsun ismail bey bize çok güzel yerler tarif etti gezdik...tesekkürler mina otel ailesi..

Otel personeli ilgiliydi eksikleri hemen hallettiler fakat banyoda neden sabun olmaz yada eksik havlu olur anlamış değilim.mevki olarak şelaleye yakın merkeze araçla 10dk.kadar sürüyor. banyosu pis ve bakımsızdı.odanın camında kalın perdesi yoktu.kahvaltısı idare eder durumdaydı
