老闆娘非常好，就在路口，對面就有公交站，打車也方便，樓下有超市，隔壁有葯房，走路10分鐘就到最大的批發市場，可以去買冰箱貼這些紀念品。

房間確實不大，位置靠近索菲亞，這個價位還可以。暖氣確實不足，這幾天在哈爾濱暖氣都非常夠，不清楚這家為什麼不暖。老闆還很客氣，幫忙拿行李上樓。

老闆娘人很好，很好！到了酒店真有一種家的感覺，我不是拖，説説我的經歷，我是早上6點多到的酒店，天還沒亮！門是鎖着的，我打電話老闆娘給開門了，都住滿了，我是下午兩點入住，這時間真沒地方可去！我就坐在大廳了，然後這個時候有個人退房了，老闆娘把房卡給我了，説你把床單週起來，躺一會！要不然你也沒地方去，行李箱我都拎到樓上了，老闆娘上來又給我拎下去了，這樣我就在那個房間睡到快9點！真的這一覺解決了我老大問題了！我下樓給老闆娘送房間卡，老闆娘説，你睡沒睡一覺？老闆娘説你要在這裏坐着我，我進去睡覺了，我心裏難受！正好她退房，你進去睡一會！休息好了，白天有精神忙！然後入住這三天，上下樓，老闆娘都很熱情打招呼。跟到家了一樣，噓寒問暖！有時候親自把外賣送樓上！真的，老闆娘這份熱情，讓冬季的哈爾濱不在冷！房間雖小！住着舒服，温馨！願老闆發財！健康，平安，快樂
