酒店位置好，開車過來很方便，酒店停車位多，大堂環境優美，前台服務態度特別好，wk服務細緻、熱情，房間也給升級了，入住體驗特別好，早餐種類多，健身中心環境好，推薦選擇這家酒店。

房間感覺不錯，床品的小問題反應得到很快地迴應解決，客户經理fiona提前加了微信，對各類問題都耐心熱情地給予解答和解決，包括但不限於升級房型、告知附近好玩的地方以及貼心幫忙送了早餐咖啡，前台服務態度很好，包括幫助送行李的服務人員和停車場保安人員也都熱情周到，最後忘在房間的東西也在酒店的幫助下順利找回，讓人對爾濱的熱情有了更深入的瞭解，大讚！
