我們晚上時間不同步，我老公晚上有飯局，我和姑娘要去逛街，要了兩張房卡，前台一男的，感覺不想給，一遍一遍強調丟失需要賠30元，我都説可以，還在入住3、4個小時後，電話又説一遍，真是無語，華住薈的酒店都主動給房卡，他家就怕我拿房卡。被罩破一元硬幣那麼大的洞，有房卡的例子，趕緊通知他們，還是男士接的電話，告訴我需要客房去看，等了好兩個小時也沒來，中途打電話告訴他們我不需要換被罩，衹是告知他們一下，但還是説需要客服看，第三次用攜程電話打，終於來人了，客服説前台前兩次根本沒通知她，而且她知道床品破損，也不知道哪個環節有問題。住兩宿，第一天早餐雖然很新鮮，但很單一，樣數少，不到8點，就很多空的架子，比如寫着豆漿，但罐子裏空空的，第二天，不僅新鮮，菜品也很豐富，聽他們員工説“這麼好的早餐還有人投訴”，估計第二天好是有人投訴的原因，兩天真是天壤之別。

酒店設施和服務都是標準化，房間夠大，安靜, 沒有煙味或者其它異味。打車方便，離地鐵站尾站有一站左右的距離。
