15天的東三省自由行，這家是所有酒店裡最差的！態度差！環境差！服務差！問個路是要羞死你嗎？生怕別人多諮詢一句！電視打不開，進來個大叔幫調，兇得要死！礦泉水衹提供2瓶，多了不給！這怕是80年代的旅館吧！260元一晚，多給兩瓶水老闆你會死嗎！有空調的房間多乾燥呀！一人一瓶根本不夠。15天行程裏，只有這家不能多給水！這麼差的服務意識，窮兇極惡的老闆，只有做清潔的妹妹態度很好，妹子，這種老闆儘快離開吧，也不會對你很好的！再來看看房間，噁心了我一晚上，牀板爛得不行、地毯都是黑點黴點、浴室門也是爛膠，整個開間3.5米*3米，20平米的網上標註面積在哪裡？這是爾濱200多一晚該有的嗎？感覺我媽那個年代都不至於如此！

設施：我不理解為什麼雙人床的洗澡間是透明的，廁所也是透明的，對不是情侶不是夫妻的非常不友好

房間超級破，被子居然是有補丁的，天花板都是水浸濕後的痕跡，床幫都是破的，洗手間也很臟，最主要是馬桶還會發出特別的聲音，很刺耳，給的衞生紙都是別人用剩下的，而且很少，再要居然給放門口的地上了，真的超級無語！隔音就更不用説了，超級差，就沒有隔音！

住了這麼多酒店，第一次聽説退房晚了點還要收費。店家12點前打過電話，我説了不續住在收拾行李一會兒就下去。12：20多退房被要求要格外收費，説是酒店的規定12.15前不退房要扣費。我連住了三晚晚了幾分鐘退房還要被扣費。真無語。
