不错 not too far from railway station , surrounding a bit uncivilized but I like the market nearbybed linen and toilet are clean just the carpet looks not too clean but room is very big and overall is very good

It is very near 哈尔滨站 （高铁）that just walk 5-10 mins from the hotel. and near Metro Line 2; Harbin Station. stay at this hotel 1-2 days is fine. • The room is okay with the suitable price in Trip.com. • Staff is nice and kind. • Facility is enough and amenities are added very day by housekeeper 👍🏻 • The cleanliness is acceptable because there is some hair were fallen in the bathroom. We cannot should to stay at non-smoking floor.

Location very strategic located near Harbin Railway Station & Airport Bus Station and various local restaurants. Front counter staff very bad attitude especially the guy who's working this morning Jan 3rd 2024. Didn't refund our deposit knowing that we are foreigners checking out & flying home today. Room amenities look newly renovated but in actual fact acting as covering for mouldy ceiling & walls especially in the bathroom & shower area.

Good service and location. The manager is very nice. The morning marget near hotel is very amazing. If we have a chance we will come back again.

the front desk girl is really helpful. we asked a lot of questions and she try her best to find out the answer for us. i only stay one night. the second day the front desk girl is not helpful at all. i guess it depends on your luck

Wifi was slow. Otherwise all good. Employees do not speak English at all

The hotel is located very close to Harbin station, which is convenient, and not too far from the attractions. Though the location is right by an underpass and is noisy with traffic. The staff are nice enough, they don't speak much English. The hotel itself smells terrible, the front lobby is fine, but once you get to the guess floors the stench is strong and it's deeply steeped into the carpet as well. Walking around in socks results in the smell seeping into your socks and shoes too.

The hotel is close to the train station in 5 minutes. It is convenient to travel. The subway is in the train station. It is 3 stops away from Central Street. There are many food markets nearby. The room is quite good. The waiter in the lobby has a bad attitude and hides his likes and dislikes. He has a very bad attitude when asked many questions. , the breakfast buffet is pretty good. I stayed there for two nights but there was a room with a caretaker. There was no clothes hanger in the bathroom. I won’t stay there next time.

The location is also good, ten minutes away from Harbin Station. Due to personal reasons, I left something in the hotel. The staff did their best to help find it and mail it to my home.
