房間設施齊全但略舊，配套完善實用，加速器出水量大，耳塞比較靠譜，早餐豐盛，房間外的通風設備噪音大，睡眠質量不好的人慎住。

風格很獨特，一樓有展，早餐還是很滿意的，而且入住就贈送馬迭爾雪糕，服務人員的服務也很好。

酒店是四星的，位置很好，到哪都方便，就在中央大街和紅磚街的交叉口。去索菲亞大教堂也很方便，還有馬迭爾冰棍免費吃，前台小姐姐No.0295 也很NICE，個子高高的，很漂亮，也很有耐心，還有No.1222的小姐姐也很好，主動幫我們存放行李。客房的一個姐姐，忘記問她的編號了，短髮，臉圓圓的，特別温柔，還主動幫我們拿行李，很周到！來哈爾濱很開心，遇到你們也很開心，以後再來還遠馬迭爾賓館。
