沖涼房沒有一個掛鈎掛衣服，特別不方便，花灑還是不能移動的忘記拍照了，洗手間馬桶還要有一股難聞的氣味。那地板更是噁心黑乎乎的還有責，當晚洗頭吹髮時，一堆沉空中飛。還有插座設定在床中間特別不好，應該在牀頭櫃，另一邊應該多一個牀頭櫃。但也有好的就是離地鐵特別近，別的都還好。

This hotel location is near to center street with all the big mall and sopfia square. It is also next to a metro exit 3. Perfect for a tourist.

環境算是快捷酒店的標準，離地鐵非常近，出門左手15米就是地鐵口，去哈站2站，去冰雪大世界3站

房間非常小，環境很差，衞生間有很難聞的味道，611房間是此狀態，再也不會來了，雖然位置很好。

一開始訂的豪華標間，結果衞生間馬桶奇臭無比，找前台，因沒有同等房間了，後換的豪華大床房。酒店估計開業了好些年頭，淋浴間沒有花灑，衹有頂噴。房間温度對於南方人來説，可以再暖和一些，不過也還行。前台服務人員服務態度很不錯，有需求基本都能解決。距離索菲亞教堂跟中央大街不遠。而且酒店邊上就是2號中央大街的地鐵站，出行方便。一開始訂的兩個晚上，後來因為機票買不到的緣故，想再下單一晚豪華標間，結果沒有房間，衹訂了普通標間，後來到了酒店跟前台人員一提，當時前台人員就説沒事，給你直接併到豪華的標間，直接連住三晚，不用搬來搬去的。走的時候，落下了耳機，聯繫前台也很快就幫忙找到，自己下單了快遞，寄回。總體來説，高峯期的哈爾濱酒店，應該來説性價比還不錯。
