房間很大，設施也很全，是那種家庭公寓，但是樓太老了，不僅潮濕而且異味實在太大，之前看到也有一個顧客説味道大，商家回答説是因為開了排風，所以我特意沒有打開排風扇，而且廁所門我使勁關上了，但是還是有很大的味道，對於鼻子靈敏的人很不友好。優點是離中央大街索菲亞教堂，中華巴洛克，安靜街夜市，松花江都很近，而且價格確實便宜，總之中規中矩吧，不太推薦但也覺得畢竟這個價格了有點問題也能接受。
