The staff, from the front desk to the housekeeping team, were all friendly and attentive. The room was spacious and clean, with a soft and comfortable bed. The heater maintained a perfect temperature, not too hot to feel stuffy and not cold, even though it was -20°C outside. The hotel is conveniently located near shops, restaurants, a park, and the subway, making everything easily accessible. I loved my stay here and would definitely choose this hotel again if I visit Harbin
