Hi. We stayed at Hayuan Hotel for 3 days 2 night. The owner is a warm-hearted person. We took a family room with reasonable price. The toilet is clean with sharing basis with other travellers. Their service was attentive and efficient. The room itself was well equipped and comfortable. For backpackers, we highly recommended this hotel. No elevator but only one level, shouldnt be a problem. Would come again.

Very poor, not suitable for accommodation at all. It was written that there were windows, but when we arrived, there were actually no windows. The rooms were not soundproofed at all. There were no bathrooms in all rooms. There was only one public bathroom on the first floor. There was no hot water. There was no place to take a shower without informing you. of
