It's a bit old, the water in the bathtub is yellow, but it's the best hotel in the area. The breakfast is good, but the front desk can't change coins. Zimbabwean taxi drivers pretend they don't have change and don't give change.

The service was extremely terrible and slow starting from the reception to the restaurant, the beverages took forever to come through, the main meal wasn’t all that great. Extremely Disappointing especially for the price and being the most expensive hotel in Harare.

Was much better 2 years ago. Mould in the bathroom above the shower and a broken room safe. The foyer has been turned from cosy and welcoming to looking like an airport lounge.

5 Star Experience at its best. Whenever I am in Harare i stay the Hyatt Regency. Its the only truly 5 Star Hotel in the country.
