Cresta Oasis Hotel

Hotel badly in need of refurbishment and need accessibility to elderly and disabled. Need a lift. Curtains are falling and cleaners knock at door early morning. Need no-disturbance sign.

Hotel catered to the extra requests I made with no additional cost which was lovely. They the process run smoothly. Will definitely go back.

Cresta Oasis is on a small space but offers some cosy hotel room facilities and has a nice restaurant set up.

Stayed at this hotel twice within a space of 2 months and during these stays l stayed in a double room with one double bed and second stayed in a double room with two separate single beds. Both beds were comfortable and the pillow comfort was great too. The only issue l had was that the shared room ( 2 single beds) did not have either a fridge or bathtub however a fridge was provided on request with no issues. Water and electricity was available at all times. There was no issues with noise during my stay. Staff were helpful and supportive especially Sibo and colleague. Very warm and approachable all the time and showed great customer service throughout. The manager was helpful too. Only issue was that the carpets require deep cleaning especially the ones leading to the rooms
