The villa is beautiful. My room was big. The swimming pool was always accessible.

Bathrooms shower leaks water onto the floor. Switched to 3 different rooms and still had the same problem. Staff was excellent, rooms were very clean and breakfast was average.

The positive thing about this place is that it is a beautiful, fairly new building. The negatives far outweigh the positives. From the moment we arrived, the service was very poor through and through. The onsite restaurant is hit or miss- mostly miss. This place has the potential to be truly outstanding, but I am sad to say that the extreme level of disorganization is going to drive this place out of business. So unfortunate!

The whole experience was mediocre. Not 5 star as advertised. Breakfast always cold needed to be reminded to warm it for us. There was a braai on the 15th when we arrived which was supposed to start at 4pm didn't start until 8pm. Very noisy
