民宿共有五間客房，房間很寬敞，都是一張大床加一個單人床，衞生間也很大，民宿由女主人Juliet打理，早飯也是她做的，她還烤了很可口的小餅放在客房裡供我們享用。民宿有個很大的面海的花園，最佳觀日出的地方。

茱莉做的早餐麪包特別好吃，房間乾淨，推開門有很好看的後院可以直接看到海，並且可以步行5分鐘就到凱庫拉小鎮中心，去哪都很方便

Fabulous place to stay. The view was amazing. Grounds were lovely. Room was comfortable, stylish, and clean. Would have loved to stay longer. Julie is a great host and made us a warm and satisfying breakfast.

房東人還是不錯的，會送自己烤制的餅乾給顧客，很好吃。早餐豐盛，湖景很美，房間價格是比較貴，但一分錢一分貨。房間沒有廚房，如果在周邊海釣處理海鮮需要到外面餐館。

My wife and I booked this on a whim based on the reviews in Tripadvisor and we were not disappointed. We stayed in the Hamptons which was on the ground floor which faced the garden with views out to the sea and the mountains. Great room which consisted of a king size bed and a single bed as well. Nice facilities to use with a small nook for making coffee and tea. Breakfast was a nice affair. Don't pass on Julie's ham and cheese croissant as this was delicious. It was nice to talk to Julie and Kerry as we could appreciate their love for their family, Kaikoura, their property and Kerry's love for fishing.

This is an absolutely excellent property in every way possible. From the immaculate room to pristine property, not to forget the short bread cookies :-). The views are spectacular from the second floor units.
