When I checked out they didn't tell me where the shuttle to got o the airport was and I waited at the wrong entrance and. missed it - I had to spend 11.00 for an uber＞＞ Lesson learned

Ladies at check in was nice room view was amazing. Bed was super comfortable room was clean. What topped everything was Zakeria she was Amazing!!!!! We went down stairs to the bar and she made us good drinks she recommended different food off the menu. She has amazing customer service she talked to everyone that was there. She took our pictures she and just went above and beyond she deserves a Raise. Zakeria you rock!!!! I definitely would recommend this hotel and stop by the bar and see Zakeria

My Husband & I stayed at this Hotel for a night before a flight. We both thought this was a great Airport hotel & we were very impressed. The hotel staff was some of the nicest hotel staff we have ever met. John who helped us with our bags & directed us on how to return our rental car & then take the Shuttle back to the hotel was the best! We enjoyed the outdoor pool & had dinner at the on-site restaurant. We also enjoyed Starbucks coffee & pastries from the Quick Serve Restaurant in the morning. The Airport Shuttle was very convenient. If we need to fly out of Atlanta again, we would definitely stay at this hotel.

It’s the tallest hotel next to one of the busiest airports in the USA but when you arrive after 11pm your food choices are bags of potato chips and crackers and two overpriced bottles of water in your room. Come on Hilton Hotel Atlanta Airport, you’re dropping the ball!
