房間太小，而且一股味道。
沒有電梯，有停車場，來的晚沒有車位，第二天得早起自己挪，保安不給挪。住宿為了好好休息，結果自己得挪車。
帶長者一起出行，專門定的有早餐的房型，到達酒店告知沒有早餐。
前台服務一般，談不上惡劣，但給人一種很混亂的感覺。
房間窗户後面是不銹鋼的頂棚，空調水滴到上面滴滴答答的很吵，對於睡眠質量不好的人簡直噩夢。

其他都還好，主要帶小朋友出門，房間尖角太多，沒有防撞措施，特別容易撞到，大人注意着注意着我家小朋友早上還是被電視機下的枱子撞的哇哇哭，當時沒注意還以為沒事，在路上才發現都青了，太危險了⚠️
