前台員工服務太差，拉着個臉，語氣生硬，缺乏基本熱情，剛訂的房間辦理完入住就降價，詢問原因時，前台説和酒店沒關係，語氣生硬，我説他降價也要酒店同意，我也是同行，她直接回到我管你什麼行業，這和我沒關係，我做了主，決定不了，衹能找攜程了，本來想聽解釋一下，結果吃了一肚子氣，基本都服務沒有，體驗感極差，酒店好好培訓一下再上崗吧
