酒店基礎設施還行，首先我們到酒店開門，長者跟5歲孩子，我們下車拿行李，酒店門口就站着人在那看着長者自己拿行李，辦理入住後，衞生很差，頭髮，浴室毛巾都是歪扭扭，洗漱台上邊很臟，送的水果都是爛的，早餐一般，品種很少

訂的是林澗雙床房，房間大小適中，靠窗風景不錯，下午入住氣温稍熱，晚上涼快。房間設計有質感，較為安靜。
餐廳明亮寬敞，夜宵不錯，有湯圓、涼粉、熱麪皮，味道挺好。
酒店是庭院風格，側門和後門通向濕地公園，濕地公園規劃得相當好。
