差評，用去哪兒網訂酒店十幾年了，第一次。我是被所謂的江景房吸引來的，説兩件事情，大家自己感受。1.衞生：（1）房間從衞生間的門檻到衞生間地面，全部有一層黏糊糊的東西，腳踩上去會粘住，踩幾下之後，出來在別處踩，鞋底還是會有粘粘的感覺，好惡心啊。（2）因為電視機頂盒不亮，我想把插頭拔了換了個插座，結果桌上放的機頂盒、桌面插座上的插頭，全是灰塵，插好後發現沒有機頂盒遙控器，還是看不成，弄得一手土。（3）刷牙的時候，不小心看了眼水池麪台，污漬滿滿，不如不看。2.服務：訂了兩晚酒店，孩子因為衞生間地面哭着不願意進去，就在去哪兒網上退了一晚，結果一下捅了馬蜂窩了。（1）晚上快10點，前台敲門，要查訂單，我把衹退了一晚上的訂單回執短訊和退款金額的短訊都讓她牌照了，以為就完了。（2）晚上10點多，孩子已經睡著了，前台又來敲門，門外不停説是前台，前台，我説孩子睡了要幹啥明天説，我該補錢補錢。（3）又過了一陣，房間座機響了，聲音極大，直接把兩個孩子嚇醒了，接上電話，一箇中年女性，我説衹退了一間房，剛才前台已經看過短訊了，結果電話那邊態度蠻狠，説我住宿應該先交錢吧，説他們要交班呢，我説孩子睡了有什麼事能不能明天説，她説下來付個錢也就是十幾分鐘的事情，不耽誤我什麼，我忍無可忍掛了電話。（4）我怕第四輪騷擾，於是找到去哪兒網網上客服，好在是客服説幫我們溝通，第二天一大早我提前下樓去問前台，結果這位前台什麼都不清楚，要查詢，唉，你們不是交班第一嗎？就交了個這班？3.風格：關於江景房，我感覺衹是噱頭，具體請大家看圖片吧
