酒店整體不錯，在漢陰算高檔了，大堂走廊房間都挺寬敞，比較乾淨沒什麼怪味道，就是設施可以再升級升級，吹風機有點老氣了。
服務到位，前台凌露Loki 幫忙送行李到房間，與需要冷藏都東西耶幫忙找了冰箱保存，態度很好。
酒店旁邊就有商場，很方便。酒店的停車場有充電樁，建議酒店聯繫充電站的管理人員把油車佔位問題處理一下，10 個位置油車佔 8 個，比較惱火。

匆匆在漢陰過了一晚，酒店挺不錯，價格也比較實惠。漢陰古梯田真的是人少景美，雖然不在最佳觀賞季，但是在五一這麼火爆的旅遊季裏，體驗算是最好的了。

來陝南第二次住這個酒店了，這次定了套房，房間大，內部設施齊全，有麻醬桌和空氣凈化器，熱水水量充足，價格合理。

真的很一言難盡。客觀的説，衞生，設施，早餐，包括床品都中規中矩，不驚艷也不差。但服務真的很不專業。入住的時候是晚上九點多，第二天要開會，明確跟前台説請給我安排安靜的房間，由於第一次來對酒店周圍環境並不熟悉，無法提出更詳細的要求，比如靠內側或者外側這類，前台説沒問題安排了房間。結果，窗下是馬路和廣場，左邊是中學，右邊是超市，房間對面幾間房間安排的全部是家庭帶小朋友出遊的。晚上走廊十二點半才安靜下來，樓下聊天快一點結束，早上中學七點多開始播放廣播，超市音樂無比歡快。而我對面的房間靠近小區甚至沒有太多商鋪。我退房時詢問前台，前台説房間訂滿了，不知道昨晚有小朋友入住，酒店房間隔音很好，應該不會有太多聲音，還有比我房間更吵的房間都沒有安排給我………我也是個媽媽，我不排斥小朋友住酒店，但客人明確提出訴求，是否可以安排在不同樓層？如果沒有合適的是否可以直言我自己來判斷是不是要升房？或者對於客人的訴求多幾句溝通？至於酒店住滿了，我九點多入住的時候整棟樓我能看到的一側最多七八間房亮燈且各層都有，那就是説並沒有因為工作便利或節約成本集中將客人安排在同一樓層。而且我説的每句話前台都在打斷，從頭到尾沒有停下手上工作偶爾抬眼看我，且沒有任何抱歉的言辭。酒店管理是一門系統的學科，安排住客滿足客人訴求是基本工作原則，出現問題及時解決也是基本能力。當然不能一面概全，一個工作人員不能代表整個酒店，但也能反映出日常對員工的培訓及管理都不夠到位。
