I stayed Saturday night, no issues. Checked out Sunday. My friend and I decided to stay in the area until monday. I came back to the hotel and was told that the hotel had no vacancy. I showed my conformation number and the hotel clerk said to me that that didn't change the fact that there were supposedly no rooms available. I paid in advance and was told twice that there wasn't any vacancy. I asked how's that possible when I have a confirmation number. The hotel employee said that they (Hilton Reservations ) don't know if the hotel has vacancy. After being turned away twice, I walked outside and my friend spoke to the hotel clerk. The rude hotel clerk gave my friend room keys. My friend did Not present any Identification, nor did she present a credit card. The Rude Hotel Clerk offered a disabled room even though I paid for a 1 Bedroom Suite. The rude clerk commited Fraud in my opinion because the room was registered in my friend's name with my credit card. This was the worst person that I've encountered in a hotel. My card was charged even though I was denied a room. I guess that I look as if I didn't belong there in her mind. I felt profiled by someone of the same race. That lady should never work in the business ever again! Totally unprofessional.
