We took the hospitality and kindness so much. And it’s convenient to go around the main square. I would like to book this accommodation when I go to Hanoi. Regarding the tour to Halon bay, the staff helped and proposed good plan for us. That was so helpful!

The Heritage hotel was a nice stay. Comfortable bed and quiet room but still close to everything. Finn the Hotel Manager was lovely and very helpful with providing information on transport, restaurants etc. He went the extra mile which was nice!
