First of all, the water pressure in the shower was very weak and sometimes it would turn to cold water. I noticed some big blackflies and even after I got rid of them they kept coming back. No free instant coffee, no body towels. The only good thing about this place is the location. I won't be staying here again.

a great location. we just walked around to find foods and souvenir shop around Hanoi. Also Railway Station is within walking distance from Hotel. recommended for traveller.

A short stay at this hotel and, unfortunately, was a bit disappointed. There was no lift to the room floor, which made carrying my luggage a challenge. Additionally, my room wasn’t ready by the check-in time, which added to the inconvenience.
While the room had air conditioning, it still felt a bit warm, and overall, the room didn’t seem well-maintained. I was hoping for a more comfortable experience, but these issues made my stay less enjoyable than anticipated. I hope the hotel addresses these concerns for future guests.
