The welcome drink was delicious. The amenities were also plentiful. Whenever I returned to the hotel, the staff always greeted me with a smile, which made me feel warm inside. There were many tourist attractions around the hotel, so I felt that the location was very good. I checked out of the hotel in the middle of the night to catch an early morning flight, and I was grateful for the polite and smiling staff.

We made this hotel the Basecamp of our trip in North Vietnam.
Friendly and helpful staff. Very good breakfast with a good selection of fresh fruits and Vietnamese dishes. Main landmarks of Hanoï are within walking distance.
The only thing is the noise until late in the night. Should be fine if you can bear earplugs or if you go late to bed.
