Reasonable deal from Trip.com for a hotel that is located on a great location, just infront of Hanoi Railway station and bus stop going to the airport. Quite stylish yet close to minimalist and most of the amenities are provided. It was an advantage that I was assigned near the topmost floor, as it kept the noise on a nearby road construction just outside the north side of the hotel to a bare minimum and was able to sleep. Breakfast selection is also great when I availed it on the spot and kept me full. Staff are generally hospitable. My only feedback was the fridge did not get cold throughout my stay but its ok as I only stayed for less than a day. Nonetheless, I still enjoyed my stay, hoping that the nearby construction is done on my next visit to Vietnam to fully utilise this hotel. Good job and thanks Trip.com!

Convenient location to train station. Room is spacious and good for people who are waiting to board sleeper train.

Close to a train station but need to walk 25 minutes to old quarter where most tourists go. Guests check in at its bar where it open 24/7. The mango coconut smoothie is great. Has a tiny gym but OK with me. You may need help to use it's paid washer dryer. Simple breakfast starts at 6am. Last order of dinner at 9pm.

Asking for a coffee coz we need to leave before 6am but the guy in the reception did not accommidate my request. We only stayed for less than an hour just to freshen up since we have a bus for sapa to meet. At lst a cup og coffee can compensate for the 1 night paid accommodation.

This was my first visit to Hanoi and Vietnam, and I initially expected a basic, third-world experience. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional quality and high standards of this hotel. The location is fantastic—situated near the iconic Train Street and the central railway station. It’s also conveniently within a 20- to 30-minute walk to Hoàn Kiếm Lake (Sword Lake). My room, though compact, was impeccably clean and featured modern amenities. The breakfast was another highlight, offering a great selection, including freshly prepared pho that truly added to the experience. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenience, cleanliness, and excellent service!

The location of this hotel was good, pretty close to everything. A lot of visitors complained about the noises, which was not a big issue for us but could be that we wished for a more quiet room.

We liked this place and it has washer and dryer for self services. Location is not bad and still close to the city. It is clean and newer compared to other hotels near by.
