Because there are no twin rooms on Ctrip, I can only book a double bed room. After arriving at the hotel, I communicated with the front desk staff and they changed it to a twin room. The room is not big, but there are two beds about one meter tall, so I can put two beds there. I didn't feel nervous even if I had a suitcase. The room was relatively clean. There was breakfast on the 15th floor. There were staff who could speak Chinese. The hotel staff's service was also good. The environment for walking around the West Lake is very comfortable, and overall I am quite satisfied.

Das Hotel liegt günstig mitten in der Altstadt, und das ist sein großer Vorteil. man ist schnell zu Fuß an den interesanten Plätzen dort. Das Personal ist durchwegs freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist zwar okay, aber zu bestimmten Zeiten (wenn die Touristengruppen sich zum Frühstück versammeln) wird es doch sehr voll. Dann kann es auch passieren, dass mal etwas nicht schnell genug nachkommt. Die Zimmer sind gut, auch wenn es zur Straße hinaus geht, ist die Nachtruhe gewährleistet. Die Sauberkeit ist einwandfrei, es gab keine Beanstandungen.

This hotel is well located near the Old Quarter of Hanoi. Staff are courteous, friendly and nice. Rooms are very comfortable and clean and the breakfast is nice. Cereals, bread, croissant, bacon, sausage etc eggs cooked as you like then including omelettes and local and oriental dishes such as rice noodles, soups and fried rice. The Old Quarter is a short walk away and the beautiful Hoan Kiem Lake a 15 minute walk away.

The stink of damp/musty/mould of my second floor room permeated everywhere! Could not sleep with smell plus paper thin walls, heard every flush and argument in nearby rooms and corridor. Plastic shower hose sprayed water everywhere, expensive under stocked bar...not great after a 13+ hour international flight

I really enjoyed my stay here and would book again when I return to Hanoi. The staff were so friendly, the breakfast had many excellent options and I thought the location of the hotel was perfect for me. Definitely recommend staying here.
