Receptionists asked if we will checkout early and we said yes but the next thing is the person come and knock our door rudely and I was told to checkout early even though I have paid for the room for the whole day….

There were a lot of cockroaches in the room and I couldn't sleep well at night.
Be careful because you will be charged for any snacks etc. in the room later.

The bus stop was nearby, so I was able to take my time going there and back without being rushed. The staff were kind and the breakfast was delicious.
It wasn't crowded and was comfortable. There were times when the hot water didn't come out well, but it didn't bother me. I used to stay at a hotel near the train tracks, but from now on I'll stay here. ^_^

The location is good, right next to Hanoi Station and close to the bus stop to Noi Bai Airport. You can see the platform and trains from the window of the room on the station side, which is perfect for train lovers. It is about a 30-minute walk to Hoan Kiem Lake, so you can walk there and do sightseeing. The breakfast buffet is satisfying, with pho and local dishes. The unit bath and toilet are a bit smelly, which is a negative point...I would like to use it again next time!
