I had an enjoyable stay in August 2024. Tommy, the manager, is an absolute legend! The rest of the staff are friendly, warm and welcoming. The hotel is conveniently located in the Old Quarter with amazing food choices around. I'll highly recommend a stay in this hotel!

Perfect stay Very nice services, they let us have breakfast at room because of my son Room was very clean and friendly Welcome, nice staffs with smile It was rainy when we checked out and guy brought us an umbrella Will come back many times

Lovely and very welcoming staff. The girls and Tommi were very helpful and informative about the city and trips. Nice rooms and perfect location! We ended up staying a second time after our two day trip (which Tommi booked for us) to Ha Long Bay (definitely recommend!). Thanks team, we had a great time!

The staffs were very friendly. I wish I could have stay longer. I was bit nervous as it was the first time traveling abroad alone. I'm not very good at English, but it was easy to talk to them. They arranged an taxi to the airport even though early in the morning. And optional tour for me. The hotel facilities were reasonable for the price. I think Japanese people are confused by toilets. Think of it as part of Vietnamese culture and get used to it! I will stay again if I go to Vietnam next time.

Newly opened hotel, everything is great, I was stayed here for a week I stayed there for a few days, they gave me information about everything around the hotel, I felt like I was at my home because of the friendliness of the staff. Thank you guys for giving me a best trip in Hanoi.
