This is a good little hotel for the price. But if you pay a little more you can get better value near the center.
Room was good but the toilet was shared. Shower was good.

Studio with a closed bedroom, kitchen and living room with TV and Netflix. Good if you need a stable internet connection and a washing machine. Comfortable bed (queen size) firm and clean, pillows softer than elsewhere (no flat sheets, normal for accommodation of less than 4 stars in Hanoi). The rooms at the back are quiet and offer a break from the horns of Hanoi, but the French windows open onto a space in between, so no natural light or possibility of going outside from the studio. Those facing the street have a balcony and the noise of the street on the other hand. Small toiletry bag and two bath towels provided. Clean building, but dirty neighborhood (don't be surprised to see garbage and rats in the street). Positive point: minimart (more expensive) downstairs and many merchants of local products (fruit, vegetables, fish) at much better prices if you know how to negotiate a little. Points to improve: Only one roll of toilet paper (you have to ask if you need more), no bath mat for getting out of the shower (which leaks a little on the floor), only 2 bath towels, no hand towel or washcloth. Lack of equipment in the kitchen: only 1 set of utensils, 1 small cup and two glasses, no cloth to clean the counter, table or dishes, no dishwashing liquid, kitchen hood does not work.
