I can’t believe Bespoke Trendy hotel could be one of the unforgettable memories in Hanoi to me! I highly recommend this hotel - room is very clean and tidy, location is down in the centre so very accessible!
The most amazing thing is their service, their staff are very caring and dedicated! Big applause to David who is one of the bests, he is very heartwarming and passionate, sharing loads of top to do/eat list with us. You can definitely feel the passion of Vietnamese from him! He fills his energies to his job and visitors!
If you are planning your trip in Hanoi, Bespoke Trendy could be an good option for you!

The breakfast at the hotel is very good. You may not know that you can order extra coffee and there are many kinds of eggs. You can ask the restaurant service staff first. The restaurant service staff are great and considerate. They can even help you take away breakfast. I I stayed with my family. They all had double rooms. The double rooms were a bit small. I checked the triple rooms and they were much bigger. But after all, land in Hanoi is precious, so it’s understandable. Then there was heavy rain and flooding in Hanoi that day. , but when you enter the hotel wet, the lobby staff also take the initiative to wipe you with a towel. The only thing I don't like is that the shower head is fixed on the wall and cannot be moved (but this depends on personal preference). Maybe the facilities and location may not satisfy some people, but the service is definitely 100%.

The hotel's location is great, but what's even more impressive is its excellent service. You can feel at home as soon as you enter the door. This time I booked connecting rooms. Although the room was slightly smaller than expected, it was still very comfortable.
