The hotel is centrally located, and very convenient.
The facility is well maintained and nice.
Most importantly, the staff here is very kind and friendly.
They remember your name when I stayed 2nd time. Very impressive. Very good hotel.

The guide had a description with a photo of the room with a bath, so I booked a deluxe double room, but when I checked in, the room only had a shower and no bathtub. Those who order should be careful. Also, on Saturdays and Sundays, the hotel is a car-restricted area, so taxis and hire cars to the airport cannot reach the hotel, so you have to walk a little. Hotel with a great location and a very nice sky bar with a great view of Hoan Kiem Lake. Even if it's a bit overpriced, the bar is worth it in my opinion. We were a bit dissatisfied with the check-in, though. We arrived at 1:45 p.m. and couldn't check in yet. In the room, we discovered a ********* on the toilet seat. Aside from the two shortcomings, the hotel is a recommendable one!

Staff were very friendly from as soon as you get out of your car they grab your bags, bring you coffee and tea and you sit back while they check you in. They offer lots of suggestions and sights to see in Hanoi. The hotel is located very central which is nice and my room had an amazing view of the lake. Rooms are very clean and modern but with a traditional style. Breakfast was lovely and they also offer a very cheap laundry service. Would definitely stay here again.
