The location is perfect, people working there very helpful, but the hotel is rather old and not the cleanest one.

Cheap, no frills hotel. Some of the things are not working such as the TV.

It’s very near to Hoan Kiem Lake. The night market is outside the hotel. Only walking distance.

Although the entrance is small, everything inside the hotel is fine! The rooms are clean, the space is quiet, but there is only one thing that needs to be improved: the TV! The TV cannot be used.

Beef mixed with rice noodles. Vietnamese coffee. Hanoi roast duck and Vietnamese shrimp. Super convenient and delicious. Friendly hotel service

I made a reservation in a hurry due to a change of plans, so I made a reservation without any expectations, but OMG.... the service was so friendly, and when I went out in the morning and came back, the room was always cleaned, which was so great. The facilities weren't brand new or anything, but they were clean! You can walk to Hoan Kiem Lake in 10 minutes, and the location was great!!

Very bad hotel, in a small alley, I couldn't find it after searching for a long time! After opening the room, there was a musty smell, which gave me a headache! I thought it would be troublesome to change hotels! I endured it and stayed here! What's annoying is that there was no hot water for a whole day! Is there no supervision on such a bad hotel platform? Why is such a bad hotel still hanging on the Internet to cheat people! I also suggest that if you feel that the feng shui is not good after entering the room, you must not make do with it!
