Nice, clean, beautiful hotel. Convenient accommodation near the airport with chic. A little overshadowed by the fact that a one-way transfer is included, and the cost of the second transfer varies depending on the weather, time and other conditions. Satisfactory hotel for the price.
They picked us up at the airport for free (with WhatsApp). 20 min drive. We expected a little less, but the service is appreciated.
The room was small and without a window that you could see outside, but convenient for the night after the plane flight.
The mattress was hard though so I slept badly.
The breakfast buffet is ok, but lukewarm. The room is really beautiful, with plants, brick wall, it's surprising when you get there.
In short, for the price it's good.

Not worth the price, please note that airport pick-up is free, but airport drop-off is charged. Also, grabbing a taxi from this hotel to the airport is only 25k VND, but the taxi hailed at their hotel costs 75k, three times the price!!!

The check-in experience exceeded my expectations. The environment was very clean and the waiter's service attitude was very thoughtful. I thought it would be noisy near the airport, but it was very quiet at night! The room design is very user-friendly. Breakfast is on the rooftop on the 7th floor. The environment is very good and you can see the airport! Breakfast includes porridge, eggs, sausages, fruits, etc.! I have stayed in different hotels in Hanoi these days, and this one is the most satisfactory in terms of price-performance ratio!
After checking out, the waiter also arranged a free airport drop-off service, thank you very much!

If you are looking for a budget-friendly but good quality hotel, I recommend this hotel. It goes with free breakfast and airport transfer. I forgot If I have availed the service but I got a free one. Staff are super nice too.
