The hotel is very nice and clean, we went with family and felt very satisfied by the friendliness of the staff at the hotel. Danny was quite friendly and helped us during our stay at the hotel. I will recommend to my friends and maybe I will come back in the future. A great stay

GĐình tôi vừa có chuyến du hí tuyệt vời ở Hà Nội, và một trong những điều làm tôi thấy hài lòng nhất là KS The Q Hotel. Nhân viên lễ tân, nhân viên buồng phòng … đều rất lịch sự, nhiệt tình và niềm nở với gia đình tôi. Lúc nhận phòng cảm giác đầu tiên đập vào mắt tôi là phòng cực kỳ sạch sẽ, thơm tho và được thiết kế rất bắt mắt. Nếu lần sau tôi quay lại Hà Nội, tôi sẽ chọn nơi tôi ở là The Q Hotel

Merci à Abee pour sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse. L’hôtel est très bien desservi au centre-ville et facile d’accès. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux, il y a une belle terrasse sur le toit. Tout le personnel est à la disposition du voyageur

Phòng ở sạch sẽ tiện nghi, không gian thoáng đãng Noi sầm uất của phố cổ đi bộ chút là tới hồ gươm Điểm nhấn ăn sáng phong phú đa dạng đầy đủ Chắc chắn sẽ quay lại trong chuyến công tác sau. Thái độ nhân viên rất nhiệt tình sẵng sàng hỗ trợ khách hàng. Cám ơn THE Q đã có 1 trải nghiệm tốt

Khách sạn thuận tiện đi lại đã thế lại có view đẹp, đồ ăn ngon, nhân viên nhiệt tình và thân thiện.chắc chắn mình sẽ quay lại .muốn thăm quan phố cổ hà nội và thưởng thức những món ăn của người hà nội. tôi nghĩ đây là lơi lí tưởng để ở và cảm nhận sự thân thiện của người hà nội qua cách thể hiện của nhân viên trong khách sạn.

Fantastic staff with excellent service. Location is close to many famous restaurants and coffee shops including Cafe Ngiem and the famous xoi restaurant. The facility is brand new and very nice. The only thing is I wish the rooms are bigger.
