It is a very large department which have two washing room. You can see the city view in the balcony. And walk for 15 mins , there is a Lotte supermarket which is very huge .
Under the department there is a mall, you can buy Starbucks coffee and find some restaurants for Vietnam food.
BTW, the location is not in the center of the city, so you need to take a taxi for 10-15 mins.
