We’re happy to stay in Hanoi Nostalgia hotel, is stratigically inside the Old Quarter

The location is very centralised. With all cafes, shops and eateries.

Recommend this hotel! Great clean, large rooms and staff are lovely. Pool is VERY refreshing and breakfast is very varied and delicious. On another note - I want to say a MASSIVE thank you to the travel service this hotel provides. I have never received such wonderful, prompt communication and we did a 10 day trip (many different excursions) at a very competitive price. Even when there was a hiccup with dates, he staff work tirelessly to rectify - even at 10pm!!! Highly recommend this stay - yes, some night can be slightly noisy but earplugs are provided and we slept soundly. We knew we wanted to stay central and knew the risks of that!

We arrived there at 6 am in the morning directly from the sleeper bus. Although we didn’t get early check in (the rooms are booked), the hotel gave us place to rest. It was nice.

Location is convenient. Breakfast selection is good. However, the room is quite small. The toilet seat is so cramped that I have a challenge to sit down without my head hitting the front wall. Overall, the stay is average.

We booked a room for three people for two night and had a smooth, pleasant experience. The room was clean and well-maintained, with all the amenities we needed. This hotel also have a swimming pool and relaxing roof top area. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free, which made everything more convenient. The staff were friendly and welcoming, adding a warm touch to our stay.

They refused to give us even a partial refund even though a typhoon prevented us from getting to the hotel then kept pressuring us to tell them whether we’d be making it for any of our stay so that they could rent out the room we had already paid for. Very greedy

Located in the middle of old quarters. Walkable distance to food places / bar. Breakfast is simple

Central to Hanoi Old Quarters. Abundant spa and food. Shopping within walking distance. Some short stairs to climb if your unit is located on different levels. Staff are friendly. Breakfast choices are limited. The tour package guide is friendly and provides info on good local food.

Would not recommend this hotel as we saw multiple rats throughout the hotel. No working hot water and the pictures advertised aren't like the rooms.

The location is great, it’s right in the old town. The staff is super friendly and nice. They prepared a takeout breakfast for us even though we didn’t tell them that we will earlier, they did it very fast which was very nice of them. Highly recommended.

The hotel staff was very kind and friendly. The location was perfect. It’s in the Old Quarter area, which is the central part of Hanoi. There was an outdoor swimming pool and sauna. We used the sauna, it was great and relaxing. Room was clean and comfy. Food was very tasty.

It is a good hotel. Can be a bit noisy at night, but you'll be able to sleep anyway. Convenient location. Everyone is super kind and helpful. They helped us book tours. They are very nice
