I stayed at Amica Premier Hotel in January 2025 and had an incredibly frustrating experience. Due to a mix-up, I made a duplicate reservation. Within an hour of booking, I contacted Trip.com to request a cancellation, but the hotel refused, citing their rigid non-cancellation policy.
When I arrived, the front desk staff claimed they had not received any communication from me or Trip.com about the cancellation request, which was clearly untrue. Trip.com confirmed they had contacted the hotel, but the general manager refused to issue a refund. I also emailed and messaged him directly, but he never responded.
This hotel’s dishonesty and lack of accountability are unacceptable. If you value fair treatment and good customer service, I strongly recommend avoiding Amica Premier Hotel.
